Arlene Milton 79 of Bagley, MN died on Thursday, March 29,2012 at the Cornerstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bagley, MN.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bagley with Rev. Linden Wendzel officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-7 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment following cremation will be at the Bagley City Cemetery in Bagley. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements.

Arlene was born March 11, 1933 in Clearwater County, Minnesota to Frank and Mildred (Niebergall) Ziegler. She attended Bagley schools graduating from Bagley High School in 1951. She worked as a nanny for a short time. She married Kenneth Milton on August 29, 1952 in Bagley, MN. Arlene worked as a nurses aide and later an LPN at the Clearwater County Memorial Hospital until retiring in 1978. She spent time with her family and helped raise grandchildren. In 1996 she moved to the Parkview Apts. for many years and then to Cornerstone Residence. Since October of 2011 she has resided at the Cornerstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Survivors include- Her Daughter- Denise (Dennis Henkemeyer) Milton of Bagley, MN Two Sisters- Grace Milton of Bagley, MN Betty (Roy) Clark of Duluth, MN Four grandchildren- Prudence Hofmann Matthew Hofmann Jeremiah Byrd Sean Byrd One great granddaughter- Joni-Marie Byrd

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1971, daughter- Joan Byrd, sister- Luella Murray, and brothers- Bill and Herbert Ziegler.
