Raeanne Mae Knaeble, 47, of Northome, MN died on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her brother's home in South Haven, Minnesota.
 
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 3 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Blackduck, MN with Jim Adams officiating. Memorial visitation will be held from 1 - 3 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. A private interment will be at the Bergville Cemetery in Ardenhurst Township at a later date.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ryan Harrison, Brady Knaeble, Amanda Harrison, Matthew Knaeble, Adam Knaeble, Darren Romans, John Hogan, and Scott Huhtala.

Raeanne was born on July 17, 1965 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, the daughter of Remi and Anna (Huhtala) Knaeble. She was raised in Northome and attended schools in Squaw Lake and Northome. After graduating from Northome High School in 1983 she studied forestry at the Itasca Community College in Grand Rapids. She then worked at Starkey Labs in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and also as a dry wall finisher for Olympic Wall Systems. She then moved back to Northome with her husband. She went to work for Berquist Companies as a groundskeeper extraordinaire at their Sand Lake Resort. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and cooking. She was the Sand Lake Lutefisk chairman and a member of the NRA and the North American Fishing Club.

Raeanne is survived by her 2 brothers, Alan H. (Tracy) Knaeble of South Haven, MN and Alex Knaeble of Zimmerman, MN; her sister, Ruth L. (Walter, Jr.) Czarneski of Shelton, Connecticut; 2 stepsisters, Janine (Gordon) Bowers of Dora Lake, MN and Devona Jensen of Longmont, Colorado; her pets, "Buddy" and "Wendy"; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Remi; and her stepfather, Bill Maupin; and Mike Wiest.
