Hildur Mabel (Gregerson) Lamon, 91 of Bemidji died Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Gold Pine Home in Bemidji.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 am, Monday, March 4, 2013 at the First Lutheran Church in Bemidji with Rev. Linnea Papke-Larson officiating. Visitation will be from 3-5 pm, Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji and one hour prior to the service at the church. A private interment will be at the Turtle River South Arm Cemetery at a later date. Honorary casket bearers will be members of the MN TOPS #43.

She was born June 12, 1921 in Pennington, MN the daughter of Ingval and Anna (Lone) Gregerson. She attended Kitchi School, Moose Lake Township and graduated from Cass Lake High School in 1939. She married Bryce Lamon July 15, 1946 in Lake Park, MN. She worked various jobs in Bemidji and she and her husband owned and operated the Bemidji Downtown Laundromat from 1959-1976. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church, First Lutheran Quilting and Church Women, Bemidji Senior Center, VFW Auxiliary, Paul Bunyan Vintage Car Club and longtime member of TOPS. She also volunteered for Community Meals and the Senior Center. She enjoyed quilting, reading, cooking, flower gardening, making lefse and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Carol (Scott) Saunders of White Bear Lake Lois (Dale) Goodyear of Bemidji Bonnie Klasen of Thief River Falls Steve Lamon of Bemidji Don (Karalee) Lamon of Eagle River, WI Gary Lamon of St. Michael, MN 1 sister: Edna (Vaughn) Best of Grand Terrace, CA 2 sister-in-laws: Dorothy Gregerson of Park Rapids Benita Gregerson of Blaine 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bryce, 4 sisters Irene Micka, Olive Gregerson, Sylvia Fossen and Olive “Babe” Brand, 4 brothers Oray, Albert, Leo and Carmon Gregerson.
