Connie Dee Watkins (Haugan), 55 of Becida, MN died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her home.

She was born May 2, 1956 in Bemidji, MN the daughter of Glenn and Lois (Julin) Haugan. She graduated from Bemidji High School in 1974. She married Michael Watkins in Sisseton, SD in March of 1974. Connie enjoyed her flowers and garden and especially liked hunting and fishing and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Mike of Becida; daughters, Stephanie (Tad) Syverson of Bagley and Kimberley (Sean) Boben of Becida; 4 grandchildren, Hailey and Kylie Syverson and Michael and Serena Boben; mother, Lois Haugan of Becida; 4 brothers, Clifford of Houston, TX, Charles of Becida, Clayton (Sherian) of North Pole, AK and Carl (Camille) of Port Orchard, WA; 2 sisters Carol (Bud) McPherson and Cathy Hudson of Mobile, AL and several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law and several friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, one nephew, sister-in-law and a great niece.
