These prices are effective as of January 15, 2013 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$2,755.00
This charge includes arrangement conference, planning and coordinating the final disposition, recording vital statistics, securing required authorization forms and permits, obtaining demographic information for and filing of death certificate, obtaining certified copies of death certificate, coordinating and planning with others as needed such as clergy, churches, musicians, cemeteries, crematories, newspapers, and florists, etc… This fee also includes a proportionate share of our overhead costs such as insurance, local, state and federal taxes, maintenance, salaries, etc… This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Embalming	$650.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement witch does not require you to pay for it, such as immediate burial or direct cremation or when refrigeration or use of dry ice in available.

This fee does not include embalming, visitation or funeral ceremonies, or other goods such as a cremation urn, but it does include crematorium charges. If you want to arrange a cremation, you can use a cremation container. A cremation container is combustible, closed container resistant to the leakage of bodily fluids that encases the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering.) The containers we provide are fiberboard. Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home	$1,695.00
This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, transfer of remains to funeral establishment within a 25 mile radius, necessary authorizations, embalming or other preparation of remains and local transportation. This fee does not include additional transportation such as airfare or transportation containers, such air trays or caskets, or carrier shipping charges.
Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home	$1,925.00
This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, transfer of remains to funeral establishment within a 25 mile radius, care of remains, local transportation within a 25 mile radius to the place of final disposition. This does not include out of town transportation, visitation or funeral ceremony.
